Mu'awiyah bin Amr narrated to us: Rishdin narrated to us, who said: Ibn Hani' al-Khawlani narrated to me, that Amr bin Malik informed him, that he heard Fadalah say: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Every deceased person has his deeds sealed, except the one guarding the frontier in the way of Allah; his reward continues to flow for him until the Day of Resurrection, and he is protected from the trial of the grave.
