Abd al-Samad told us: Hisham told us, from Yahya, from Muhammad ibn Ayyub, that a man of the Ansar called Muhayyisah told him that he had a slave who was a cupper, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) rebuked him for his earnings. He said: "Shall I not feed orphans of mine with it?" He said: "No." He said: "Shall I not give it in charity?" He said: "No." So he granted him a concession to feed it to his watering camel.
