حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ ذِي مِخْمَرٍ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ سَيُصَالِحُكُمْ الرُّومُ صُلْحًا آمِنًا ثُمَّ تَغْزُوهُمْ غَزْوًا فَتُنْصَرُونَ وَتَسْلَمُونَ وَتَغْنَمُونَ ثُمَّ تَنْصَرِفُونَ حَتَّى تَنْزِلُونَ بِمَرْجٍ ذِي تُلُولٍ فَيَرْفَعُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ النَّصْرَانِيَّةِ صَلِيبًا فَيَقُولُ غَلَبَ الصَّلِيبُ فَيَغْضَبُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَيَقُومُ إِلَيْهِ فَيَدُقُّهُ فَعِنْدَ ذَلِكَ يَغْدُرُ الرُّومُ وَيَجْتَمِعُونَ لِلْمَلْحَمَةِ وَقَالَ رَوْحٌ مَرَّةً وَتَسْلَمُونَ وَتَغْنَمُونَ وَتُقِيمُونَ ثُمَّ تَنْصَرِفُونَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Rawh narrated to us, al-Awza'i narrated to us, from Hassan ibn Atiyyah, from Khalid ibn Ma'dan, from Dhu Mikhmar, a man among the Companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say: The Byzantines will make a secure peace with you; then you will raid them in a campaign, and you will be granted victory, safety, and spoils; then you will withdraw until you camp in a meadow with hillocks. Then a man from the Christians will raise a cross and say: The cross has triumphed! A man among the Muslims will become angry and rise against him and break it. At that point the Byzantines will break their pact and gather for the great battle. And Rawh said once: 'and you will be granted safety and spoils and will remain, then you will withdraw.'
