حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ وَلِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جُمَيْعٍ عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَبَلَغَهُ عَنْ الْمَاءِ قِلَّةٌ فَقَالَ لَا يَسْبِقْنِي إِلَى الْمَاءِ أَحَدٌ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It was narrated to us by Waki', from Walid ibn Abdullah ibn Jumay', from Abu at-Tufayl, from Hudhayfah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was on a journey, and news reached him of a scarcity of water, so he said: "Let no one precede me to the water."
