حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جُمَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الطُّفَيْلِ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ قَالَ فَبَلَغَهُ أَنَّ فِي الْمَاءِ قِلَّةً الَّذِي يَرِدُهُ فَأَمَرَ مُنَادِيًا فَنَادَى فِي النَّاسِ أَنْ لَا يَسْبِقَنِي إِلَى الْمَاءِ أَحَدٌ فَأَتَى الْمَاءَ وَقَدْ سَبَقَهُ قَوْمٌ فَلَعَنَهُمْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It was narrated to us by Abu Nu'aym, who narrated to us: al-Walid — that is, Ibn Jumay' — who narrated to us: Abu at-Tufayl, from Hudhayfah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, set out on the day of the expedition of Tabuk. He said: news reached him that the water he was heading to was scarce, so he ordered a caller, and he called out among the people that no one should precede him to the water. Then he came to the water and found that some people had preceded him to it, so he cursed them.
