حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَابِسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّمَا نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْوِصَالِ فِي الصِّيَامِ وَالْحِجَامَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ إِبْقَاءً عَلَى أَصْحَابِهِ وَلَمْ يُحَرِّمْهَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Waki' told us: Sufyan told us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abis, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, from one of the companions of Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, only forbade continuous fasting (wisal) and cupping for the fasting person as a mercy to his companions, and he did not make it forbidden.
