حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ يَا عَلِيُّ لَا تُتْبِعْ النَّظْرَةَ النَّظْرَةَ فَإِنَّ لَكَ الْأُولَى وَلَيْسَتْ لَكَ الْآخِرَةُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hashim ibn al-Qasim told us: Sharik told us, from Abu Rabi'ah, from Ibn Buraydah, from his father, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: that he said to Ali: O Ali, do not let one glance follow another, for the first is allowed to you but the next is not.
