حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ يَسْتَمِعْ إِلَى حَدِيثِ قَوْمٍ وَهُمْ لَهُ كَارِهُونَ صُبَّ فِي أُذُنِهِ الْآنُكُ وَمَنْ تَحَلَّمَ عُذِّبَ حَتَّى يَعْقِدَ شَعِيرَةً وَلَيْسَ بِعَاقِدٍ وَمَنْ صَوَّرَ صُورَةً كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَنْفُخَ فِيهَا وَلَيْسَ بِنَافِخٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever listens to the conversation of a people who dislike that, molten lead will be poured into his ears. Whoever claims to have seen a dream he did not see will be punished and made to tie a knot in a grain of barley, and he will never be able to do it. And whoever makes an image will be tasked with blowing a soul into it, and he will never be able to do it.'
