حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُمْ وَجَدُوا فِي كُتُبِ أَوْ فِي كِتَابِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ.

Abu Salamah al-Khuza'i narrated to us, Sulayman ibn Bilal narrated to us, from Rabi'ah ibn Abi 'Abd al-Rahman, from Isma'il ibn 'Amr ibn Qays ibn Sa'd ibn 'Ubadah, from his father, that they found in the writings - or in the book - of Sa'd ibn 'Ubadah that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) judged with an oath along with (one) witness.
