حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمٌ الْبَرَّادُ قَالَ دَخَلْنَا عَلَى أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ فَسَأَلْنَاهُ عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ فَقَالَ أَلَا أُصَلِّي بِكُمْ كَمَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي قَالَ فَقَامَ فَكَبَّرَ وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ فَوَضَعَ كَفَّيْهِ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْهِ وَجَافَى بَيْنَ إِبْطَيْهِ قَالَ ثُمَّ قَامَ حَتَّى اسْتَقَرَّ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ فَوَضَعَ كَفَّيْهِ وَجَافَى بَيْنَ إِبِطَيْهِ قَالَ ثُمَّ قَامَ حَتَّى اسْتَقَرَّ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ صَلَّى أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ هَكَذَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya ibn Hammad narrated to us: Abu Awana informed us, from Ata ibn al-Sa'ib: Salim al-Barrad narrated to us, who said: We came to Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari and asked him about the prayer. He said, "Shall I not lead you in prayer as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray?" He said: He stood, said the takbir, raised his hands, then bowed, placing his palms upon his knees and holding his elbows away from his sides. He said: Then he stood up until everything of him settled, then prostrated, placing his palms down and holding his elbows away from his sides. He said: Then he stood up until everything of him settled, then he prayed four rak'ahs in this manner.
