حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ أَنْ لَا يُدْعَى لِأَبٍ وَمَنْ رَمَاهَا أَوْ رَمَى وَلَدَهَا فَإِنَّهُ يُجْلَدُ الْحَدَّ وَقَضَى أَنْ لَا قُوتَ لَهَا وَلَا سُكْنَى مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُمَا يَتَفَرَّقَانِ مِنْ غَيْرِ طَلَاقٍ وَلَا مُتَوَفًّى عَنْهَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ruled regarding the child of li'an (mutual cursing) that he is not attributed to any father. Whoever accuses her or accuses her child shall receive the prescribed punishment. He ruled that she has no right to maintenance or housing because they separated without divorce and without her husband dying.
