Ali ibn Asim narrated to us, from Ata ibn al-Sa'ib, who said: I was sitting with Abdullah ibn Mughaffal al-Muzani when two young men from the sons of Umar came in and prayed two rak'ahs after Asr. He sent for them and summoned them, and said, "What is this prayer you have prayed, when your father used to forbid it?" They said, "Aisha, may Allah, the Exalted, be pleased with her, told us that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed them in her presence." So he fell silent and made them no reply.
