حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ سَيُفْتَحُ عَلَيْكُمْ الشَّامُ وَإِنَّ بِهَا مَكَانًا يُقَالُ لَهُ الْغُوطَةُ يَعْنِي دِمَشْقَ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَنَازِلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ يَعْنِي فِي الْمَلَاحِمِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Mus'ab narrated to us: Abu Bakr narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Jubayr, from his father, from a man among the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: "Syria will be opened up to you, and in it there is a place called al-Ghuta" — meaning Damascus — "one of the best dwelling places of the Muslims" — meaning at the time of the great battles.
