حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُوحٍ وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ وَقَالَ أَبُو نُوحٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ يَقُولُ أَتَى رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ حَدًّا فَأَقِمْهُ عَلَيَّ قَالَ فَسَكَتَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ عَادَ فَقَالَ لَهُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى ثُمَّ أُقِيمَتْ الصَّلَاةُ فَصَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ قَالَ أَبُو أُمَامَةَ فَاتَّبَعَهُ الرَّجُلُ قَالَ وَتَبِعْتُهُ قَالَ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ فِي حَدِيثِهِ فَانْصَرَفْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالرَّجُلُ يَتْبَعُهُ لِأَعْلَمَ مَا يَقُولُ لَهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ حَدًّا فَأَقِمْهُ عَلَيَّ قَالَ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَلَيْسَ قَدْ تَوَضَّأْتَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ مِنْ مَنْزِلِكَ فَأَحْسَنْتَ الْوُضُوءَ ثُمَّ صَلَّيْتَ مَعَنَا قَالَ بَلَى قَالَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ غَفَرَ لَكَ حَدَّكَ أَوْ ذَنْبَكَ شَكَّ فِيهِ عِكْرِمَةُ قَالَ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ فِي حَدِيثِهِ فَانْصَرَفْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاتَّبَعَهُ الرَّجُلُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Nuh and Abd al-Samad told us, they said: Ikrimah told us -- and Abu Nuh said: Ikrimah ibn Ammar informed us -- from Shaddad ibn Abdullah, who said: I heard Abu Umamah say: A man came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was in the mosque, and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have committed an offense deserving of a legal punishment, so carry it out on me." He said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, remained silent; then the man repeated it to him another time; then the prayer was called, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed, then departed. Abu Umamah said: The man followed him. He said: And I followed him too -- Abd al-Samad said in his narration: "so I departed with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, while the man followed him, so that I might learn what he would say to him." He said: The man said to him, "O Messenger of Allah, I have committed an offense deserving of a legal punishment, so carry it out on me." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him: "Did you not perform ablution before leaving your house, and perform it well, then pray with us?" He said, "Yes." He said: "Then Allah has indeed forgiven you your offense" -- or "your sin," Ikrimah was uncertain about it. Abd al-Samad said in his narration: "so I departed with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the man followed him."
