حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ عَنْ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي خَمْسٍ مَنْ فَعَلَ مِنْهُنَّ كَانَ ضَامِنًا عَلَى اللَّهِ مَنْ عَادَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ خَرَجَ مَعَ جَنَازَةٍ أَوْ خَرَجَ غَازِيًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَوْ دَخَلَ عَلَى إِمَامٍ يُرِيدُ بِذَلِكَ تَعْزِيرَهُ وَتَوْقِيرَهُ أَوْ قَعَدَ فِي بَيْتِهِ فَيَسْلَمُ النَّاسُ مِنْهُ وَيَسْلَمُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdullah told us, my father told me, Qutaybah ibn Sa'id told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, from al-Harith ibn Yazid, from Ali ibn Rabah, from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As, from Mu'adh, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, made a covenant with us regarding five things: whoever does any of them is guaranteed by Allah — whoever visits a sick person, or goes out with a funeral procession, or goes out as a fighter in the path of Allah, or enters upon a ruler intending thereby to honor and respect him, or stays in his house so that the people are safe from him and he is safe from them.
