Abdullah told us, my father told me, Affan told us, Khalid — meaning al-Tahhan — told us, Yahya al-Taymi informed us, from Ubaydullah ibn Muslim, from Mu'adh, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There are no two Muslims whose three children die but that Allah admits them both into Paradise by the grace of His mercy upon them." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, or two?" He said, "Or two." They said, "Or one?" He said, "Or one." Then he said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, the stillborn child drags his mother by his umbilical cord into Paradise, if she seeks reward for his loss."
