Waki' told us, from Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq, from Amr ibn Maymun, from Mu'adh, who said: I was riding behind the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said: O Mu'adh, do you know what is the right of Allah upon His servants? I said: Allah and His Messenger know best. He said: That they worship Him and not associate anything with Him. He said: Do you know what is the right of the servants upon Allah, if they do that? I said: Allah and His Messenger know best. He said: That He will not punish them.
