حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ سَمِعَ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ يَقُولُ أَتَانَا زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ وَنَحْنُ فِي حَائِطٍ لَنَا وَمَعَنَا فِخَاخٌ نَنْصِبُ بِهَا فَصَاحَ بِنَا وَطَرَدَنَا وَقَالَ أَلَمْ تَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَرَّمَ صَيْدَهَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ali ibn Abdullah told us: Sufyan told us: Ziyad ibn Sa'd al-Khurasani told me: he heard Shurahbil ibn Sa'd say: 'Zayd ibn Thabit came to us while we were in a garden of ours, and with us were traps we were setting up. He shouted at us and drove us away, and said: "Do you not know that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade hunting there?"'
