حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ أَوْ أَبَا أَيُّوبَ قَالَ لِمَرْوَانَ أَلَمْ أَرَكَ قَصَّرْتَ سَجْدَتَيْ الْمَغْرِبِ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ فِيهَا بِالْأَعْرَافِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya ibn Sa'id told us, from Hisham, who said: My father informed me that Zayd ibn Thabit, or Abu Ayyub, said to Marwan: "Have I not seen you shortening the two prostrations of the sunset prayer? I saw the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, recite in it Surat al-A'raf."
