حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ سَلْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَيَغْفِرُ لِعَبْدِهِ مَا لَمْ يَقَعْ الْحِجَابُ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا وُقُوعُ الْحِجَابِ قَالَ أَنْ تَمُوتَ النَّفْسُ وَهِيَ مُشْرِكَةٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ وَعِصَامُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ سَلْمَانَ وَقَالَ عِصَامٌ عُمَرَ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ الْعَنْسِيِّ أَنَّ أَبَا ذَرٍّ حَدَّثَهُمْ وَقَالَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا وُقُوعُ الْحِجَابِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَيَغْفِرُ لِعَبْدِهِ فَذَكَرَا مِثْلَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Zayd ibn al-Hubab told us: Abd al-Rahman ibn Thawban told us, from his father, from Makhul, from Umar ibn Nu'aym, from Usama ibn Salman, from Abu Dharr, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah, Mighty and Sublime, forgives His servant so long as the veil has not fallen." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is the falling of the veil?" He said: "That the soul dies while it is a polytheist." Ali ibn Ayyash and Isam ibn Khalid told us, they said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Thawban told us, from his father, from Makhul, from Umar ibn Nu'aym, from Usama ibn Salman — and Isam said "Umar ibn Nu'aym al-Ansi" — that Abu Dharr told them, and they both said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is the falling of the veil?" — that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah, Mighty and Sublime, forgives His servant," and they both mentioned the like of it.
