Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Shu'bah told us, from a man of Thaqif called So-and-so ibn Abd al-Wahid, who said: I heard Abu Mujib say: Abu Dharr met Abu Hurayrah, and I think he said the pommel of his sword was silver, so he forbade him, and Abu Dharr said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no human being" — or he said "no one" — "who leaves behind gold or silver, except that he will be branded with it."
