حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ سَمِعَ أَبَا ذَرٍّ قَالَ إِنَّ خَلِيلِي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَهِدَ إِلَيَّ أَيُّمَا ذَهَبٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ أُوكِيَ عَلَيْهِ فَهُوَ كَيٌّ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ حَتَّى يُفْرِغَهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِفْرَاغًا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yazid told us: Hammam ibn Yahya informed us, from Qatadah, from Sa'id ibn Abi al-Hasan, from Abd Allah ibn al-Samit, who heard Abu Dharr say: My close friend, peace and blessings be upon him, charged me: whatever gold or silver is tied up, it is a branding-iron upon its owner until he spends it completely in the way of Allah, spending it entirely.
