Mu'ammal narrated to us: Hammad -- meaning Ibn Salamah -- narrated to us: Yunus narrated to us, from Ibrahim at-Taymi, from his father, from Abu Dharr, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The sun sets beneath the Throne, and permission is granted to it, so it returns [each day]. But when that night comes on the morning of which it will rise from the west, no permission will be granted to it. When morning comes, it will be said to it: 'Rise from your place.'" Then he recited: "Do they wait for anything except that the angels should come to them, or your Lord should come, or that some of the signs of your Lord should come?"
