حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَزْرَقُ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ ذَرٍّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَي عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ قَالَ صَلَّى بِنَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْفَجْرَ وَتَرَكَ آيَةً فَجَاءَ أُبَيٌّ وَقَدْ فَاتَهُ بَعْضُ الصَّلَاةِ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نُسِخَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ أَوْ أُنْسِيتَهَا قَالَ لَا بَلْ أُنْسِيتُهَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdullah told us, Yahya ibn Dawud al-Wasiti told us, Ishaq ibn Yusuf al-Azraq told us, from Sufyan, from Salama ibn Kuhayl, from Dharr, from Sa'id ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Abza, from his father, from Ubayy ibn Ka'b, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, led us in the dawn prayer and omitted a verse. Ubayy came, having missed part of the prayer, and when the Prophet finished, he said: "O Messenger of Allah, was this verse abrogated, or did you forget it?" He said: "No, rather I forgot it."
