حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ يَقُولُ كَانَ مُؤَذِّنُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُؤَذِّنُ ثُمَّ يُمْهِلُ حَتَّى إِذَا رَأَى نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ خَرَجَ أَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ حِينَ يَرَاهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Isra'il informed us from Simak, that he heard Jabir ibn Samurah say: The muezzin of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would give the call to prayer, then wait; when he saw the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, had come out, he would give the iqamah as soon as he saw him.
