حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأُمَوِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا مُجَالِدٌ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ السُّوَائِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ يَقُولُ لَا يَزَالُ هَذَا الدِّينُ ظَاهِرًا عَلَى كُلِّ مَنْ نَاوَأَهُ وَلَا يَضُرُّهُ مَنْ خَالَفَهُ أَوْ فَارَقَهُ.

Abdullah narrated to us, he said: Sa'id ibn Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Umawi narrated to me: my father narrated to me: Mujalid narrated to us from Amir, from Jabir ibn Samurah al-Suwa'i, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, during the Farewell Pilgrimage say: "This religion will continue to be dominant over everyone who opposes it, and whoever opposes it or forsakes it will not harm it."
