حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ قَالَ نَبَّأَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ كَانَ مُؤَذِّنُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُؤَذِّنُ ثُمَّ يُمْهِلُ فَلَا يُقِيمُ حَتَّى إِذَا رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ أَقَامَ حِينَ يَرَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Jabir ibn Samurah said: The muezzin of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to call the adhan and then wait. He would not call the iqamah until he saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) come out, then he would call the iqamah when he saw him.
