حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَن سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلَانِ الْمَرْأَةَ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ وَإِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلَانِ الْبَيْعَ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Affan told us: Hammad told us: Qatadah informed us, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If two men marry a woman, the first has the greater right; and if two men buy the same item for sale, the first has the greater right."
