حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ مُنَادِيَهُ فَنَادَى فِي يَوْمٍ مَطِيرٍ الصَّلَاةُ فِي الرِّحَالِ.

Sulayman ibn Dawud told us, Hisham told us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered his caller, and he called out on a rainy day: 'Pray in your dwellings.'
