حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمُكَاتَبِ يَعْتِقُ مِنْهُ بِقَدْرِ مَا أَدَّى دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ وَبِقَدْرِ مَا رَقَّ مِنْهُ دِيَةَ الْعَبْدِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said regarding the mukatab (a slave purchasing his freedom): "The portion of him that has been freed receives the blood money of a free person, and the portion that remains enslaved receives the blood money of a slave."
