حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَعْرَابِيٌّ لَنَا قَالَ رَأَيْتُ نَعْلَ نَبِيِّكُمْ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَخْصُوفَةً.

Abu Ahmad narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha', from Yazid ibn al-Shikhkhir, from Mutarrif ibn al-Shikhkhir, who said: A Bedouin of ours informed me, saying: I saw the sandal of your Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); it was patched.
