حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ ثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ قَالَ ثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ الْمُعْتَمِرِ عَن أَبِي وَائِلٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ أَوْ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَالِسٌ مُنَكِّسٌ رَأْسَهُ فَقَالَ مَا الْقِتَالُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَإِنَّ أَحَدَنَا يُقَاتِلُ حَمِيَّةً وَغَضَبًا فَلَهُ أَجْرٌ قَالَ فَرَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأْسَهُ إِلَيْهِ وَلَوْلَا أَنَّهُ كَانَ قَائِمًا أَوْ كَانَ قَاعِدًا الشَّكُّ مِنْ زُهَيْرٍ مَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ مَنْ قَاتَلَ لِتَكُونَ كَلِمَةُ اللَّهِ هِيَ الْعُلْيَا فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hasan ibn Musa told us: Zuhayr told us: Mansur ibn al-Mu'tamir told us, from Abu Wa'il, who said: Abu Musa said: A man asked, or a man came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, while the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was sitting with his head lowered, and said, "What is fighting in the way of Allah, Mighty and Majestic? One of us fights out of zeal and anger - does he have a reward?" He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, raised his head toward him - and had he not been standing, or sitting, the doubt is from Zuhayr, he would not have raised his head toward him - and said, "Whoever fights so that the word of Allah is uppermost, he is in the way of Allah, Mighty and Majestic."
