حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جُحَادَةَ عَن عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَرْوَانَ عَن الْهُزَيْلِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ عَن أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَسِّرُوا قِسِيَّكُمْ وَقَطِّعُوا أَوْتَارَكُمْ يَعْنِي فِي الْفِتْنَةِ وَالْزَمُوا أَجْوَافَ الْبُيُوتِ وَكُونُوا فِيهَا كَالْخَيِّرِ مِنْ بَنِي آدَمَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Affan told us: Hammam told us: Muhammad b. Juhada told us, from Abd al-Rahman b. Tharwan, from al-Huzayl b. Shurahbil, from Abu Musa, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Break your bows and cut your bowstrings" - meaning during civil strife - "and stay within the inner rooms of your houses, and be therein like the better of the sons of Adam."
