حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي دَابَّةٍ لَيْسَ لِوَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ فَجَعَلَهُ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad b. Ja'far told us: Shu'ba told us, from Qatada, from Sa'id b. Abi Burda, from Abu Burda, from his father, that two men disputed before the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, over a riding animal, and neither of them had proof, so he divided it between them in half.
