حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَوْفٌ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ مِخْرَاقٍ عَنْ أَبِي كِنَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى بَابِ بَيْتٍ فِيهِ نَفَرٌ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فَقَالَ وَأَخَذَ بِعِضَادَتَيْ الْبَابِ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَلْ فِي الْبَيْتِ إِلَّا قُرَشِيٌّ قَالَ فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ غَيْرُ فُلَانٍ ابْنِ أُخْتِنَا فَقَالَ ابْنُ أُخْتِ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ قَالَ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ فِي قُرَيْشٍ مَا دَامُوا إِذَا اسْتُرْحِمُوا رَحِمُوا وَإِذَا حَكَمُوا عَدَلُوا وَإِذَا قَسَمُوا أَقْسَطُوا فَمَنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُمْ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad b. Ja'far narrated to us: Awf and Hammad b. Usama narrated to us - Awf narrated to me - from Ziyad b. Mikhraq, from Abu Kinana, from Abu Musa, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, stood at the door of a house in which there was a group of Quraysh, and holding onto the two door-posts, he said: "Is there anyone in the house besides a Qurashi?" He said: So it was said: "O Messenger of Allah, only so-and-so, our sister's son." He said: "The sister's son of a people is one of them." He said: Then he said: "This authority will remain among Quraysh so long as, when appealed to for mercy, they show mercy; when they judge, they act justly; and when they divide something, they distribute it fairly. Whoever among them does not do that, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind; no compensation nor equivalent will be accepted from him."
