حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَوْسَجَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَجُلٌ مَاتَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ وَارِثًا إِلَّا عَبْدًا هُوَ أَعْتَقَهُ فَأَعْطَاهُ مِيرَاثَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
A man died during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and left no heir except a slave whom he had freed. The Prophet gave him (the freed slave) his inheritance.
