Abd al-Wahhab ibn Ata’ narrated to us: Husayn al-Mu’allim informed us, from Amr ibn Shu’ayb: Amr ibn al-Sharid narrated to me, from his father al-Sharid ibn Suwayd, who said: I said, "O Messenger of Allah, (what about) a piece of land in which no one has any share or partition, except adjoining neighborliness?" He said, "The neighbor has more right to its adjoining property, whatever it may be."
