حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّبَيْدِيُّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ شِبْلَ بْنَ خُلَيْدٍ الْمُزَنِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مَالِكٍ الْأَوْسِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْوَلِيدَةِ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَبِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ وَالضَّفِيرُ الْحَبْلُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yazid b. Abd Rabbihi told us, Baqiyya b. al-Walid told us, al-Zubaydi told me from al-Zuhri from Ubaydullah b. Abdullah, that Shibl b. Khulayd al-Muzani informed him that Abdullah b. Malik al-Awsi informed him that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said concerning the slave-girl: "If she commits fornication, flog her; then if she commits fornication, flog her; then if she commits fornication, flog her; then if she commits fornication, sell her, even for a braided cord" - the 'dafir' being the rope.
