Abd al-Razzaq told us: Ma'mar told us, from Abu Ishaq, from Shimr, from Khuraym - a man from Banu Asad - who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Were it not for two things in you, you would be [an excellent man]." He said: "One alone would suffice me." He said: "You let your waist-wrap trail, and you let your hair grow long." He said: "No indeed, by Allah, I will not do it."
