حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا سَجَدَ وَضَعَ أَنْفَهُ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ.

Yazid told us: Hajjaj informed us, from Abd al-Jabbar ibn Wa'il, from his father, who said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): when he prostrated, he placed his nose on the ground.
