حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ عَن أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَن الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْكَلَالَةِ فَقَالَ تَكْفِيكَ آيَةُ الصَّيْفِ.

Ma'mar told us, al-Hajjaj told us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Bara' ibn Azib, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked about the kalalah (one who dies leaving neither parent nor child), and he said: "The verse of summer suffices you."
