حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ذَكَرَ عَذَابَ الْقَبْرِ قَالَ يُقَالُ لَهُ مَنْ رَبُّكَ فَيَقُولُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي وَنَبِيِّي مُحَمَّدٌ فَذَلِكَ قَوْلُهُ { يُثَبِّتُ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِالْقَوْلِ الثَّابِتِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا } يَعْنِي بِذَلِكَ الْمُسْلِمَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'bah told us, from Alqamah ibn Marthad, from Sa'd ibn Ubaydah, from al-Bara' ibn Azib, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who mentioned the punishment of the grave and said, "It will be said to him, 'Who is your Lord?' and he will say, 'Allah is my Lord and Muhammad is my Prophet.' That is [the meaning of] His saying, 'Allah confirms those who believe with the firm word in the life of this world,' meaning by that the Muslim."
