Mus'ab b. Sallam told us: al-Ajlah told us, from Ziyad b. Ilaqa, from Usama b. Sharik, a man from his people, who said: A bedouin came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and said, "O Messenger of Allah, who among people is best?" He said, "The best of them in character." Then he said, "O Messenger of Allah, should we seek treatment?" He said, "Seek treatment, for Allah has not sent down a disease without sending down for it a cure, known to those who know it and unknown to those who do not know it."
