حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْرُ النَّاسِ قَرْنِي الَّذِي أَنَا فِيهِ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَأْتِي قَوْمٌ تَسْبِقُ شَهَادَتُهُمْ أَيْمَانَهُمْ وَأَيْمَانُهُمْ شَهَادَتَهُمْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Husayn b. Ali told us, from Za'ida, from Asim, from Khaythama, from al-Nu'man b. Bashir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The best of people is my generation, then those who follow them, then those who follow them; then there will come a people whose testimony precedes their oaths, and whose oaths precede their testimony."
