حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نُرْسِلُ كِلَابَنَا مُعَلَّمَاتٍ قَالَ كُلْ قَالَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ قَتَلَ قَالَ وَإِنْ قَتَلَ مَا لَمْ يَشْرَكْهَا كِلَابٌ غَيْرُهَا قَالَ قُلْتُ فَإِنَّا نَرْمِي بِمِعْرَاضٍ قَالَ إِنْ خَزَقَ فَكُلْ وَإِنْ أَصَابَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَلَا تَأْكُلْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us: Isra'il narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from Hammam ibn al-Harith, from Adi ibn Hatim, who said: I asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. I said: O Messenger of Allah, we release our trained dogs. He said: Eat. I said: Even if it kills? He said: Even if it kills, so long as no other dogs shared with it. I said: We shoot with the mi'rad. He said: If it pierces, then eat; but if it strikes with its flat side, do not eat.
