حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ مَوْلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا حَكَمَ الْحَاكِمُ فَاجْتَهَدَ فَأَصَابَ فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ وَإِنْ أَخْطَأَ فَلَهُ أَجْرٌ قَالَ يَزِيدُ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِأَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَزْمٍ فَقَالَ هَكَذَا حَدَّثَنِي بِهِ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id narrated to us, saying: Abdullah ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Abdullah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim, from Busr ibn Sa'id, from Abu Qays, the freed slave of Amr ibn al-'As, from Amr ibn al-'As, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'When a judge passes judgment, exercising his best effort, and is correct, he has two rewards; and if he errs, he has one reward.' Yazid said: I mentioned that to Abu Bakr ibn Hazm, and he said: 'That is how Abu Salamah narrated it to me, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in like manner.'
