حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ هَمَّارٍ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ أَتَعْجَزُ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ أَوَّلَ النَّهَارِ أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ أَكْفِكَ بِهِنَّ آخِرَ يَوْمِكَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
'Affan told us, he said: Aban informed us, he said: Qatada told us, he said: Nu'aym b. Hammar told us, from 'Uqba b. 'Amir, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Your Lord, Mighty and Majestic, said: 'O son of Adam, is it too much for you to pray four rak'ahs at the beginning of the day, that I should suffice you for the rest of your day?'"
