Husayn ibn Muhammad told us; Shu'ba told us, from Abd al-Malik, who said: I heard Tawus relating from Suraqa ibn Ju'shum al-Kinani — and he did not hear it directly from him, as it is [noted] in the hadith — that he asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "O Messenger of Allah, is this Umrah of ours for this year of ours, or forever?" He said: "Forever."
