حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ بَلَغَنِي عَنْ سُرَاقَةَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهُ يَا سُرَاقَةُ أَلَا أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى أَعْظَمِ الصَّدَقَةِ أَوْ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ الصَّدَقَةِ قَالَ بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ ابْنَتُكَ مَرْدُودَةٌ إِلَيْكَ لَيْسَ لَهَا كَاسِبٌ غَيْرَكَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdullah ibn Yazid told us; Musa ibn Ali told us, he said: I heard my father say: It reached me from Suraqa ibn Malik, who said that he related that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him: "O Suraqa, shall I not direct you to the greatest of charity, or one of the greatest of charities?" He said: "Yes indeed, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "Your daughter, who has been returned to you, has no one to provide for her but you."
