حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَعْفُورٍ عَبْدُ الَّرحْمَنِ جَدِّي حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو ثَابِتٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَعْلَى بْنَ مُرَّةَ الثَّقَفِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَخَذَ أَرْضًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ تُرَابَهَا إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ.

Affan told us, Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad told us, Abu Ya'fur Abd al-Rahman, my grandfather, told us, Abu Thabit told us, who said: I heard Ya'la ibn Murrah al-Thaqafi say: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, "Whoever takes land without right to it will be made to carry its soil to the place of gathering."
